  1. Mouse oocytes were cultured in maturation medium with 0, 20, 50, or 100 μg/mL BPA for 14 h, Then, the number of oocytes with polar body emission was recorded. Each treatment was repeated 3 times, and each replicate contained 30–40 oocytes. The data were analysed with one-way ANOVA and Dunnett’s post- hoc test. a-cValues with different superscripts in the same column are significantly different (P < 0.05)
